In 1997 Fatina Coleman received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Montclair State University, concentrating in Finance. In 2001, she obtained her Masters of Business Administration (concentration Supply Chain Management and Finance) from Rutgers University where she was the recipient of the Ralph Bunche Fellowship, a two year scholarship for full time MBA students. After graduating, Ms. Coleman was recruited by IBM to join the IBM Supply Chain Leadership Program (SCLP). The SCLP provides new hires with the opportunity to rotate, for two years on six month assignments, through IBM’s supply chain network. The program afforded Ms. Coleman the opportunity to understand IT and Business Consulting industry in a Fortune 100 company. She has had the unique experience to manage over $700 million in global purchases, while traveling the world to manage and understand global market places. In 2006, she joined Pfizer Inc.’s Worldwide Procurement organization to lead the global travel program. In her role, Fatina had responsibility for over $800 million in spend supporting the Worldwide Travel program for Pfizer Inc. Currently, in her role as Customer Relationship Manger (CRM) for Pfizer Animal Health, she supports a global business with revenue of approximately $3.5 billion through market analysis and supply chain management activities. She currently serves as the Co-Chair for the Colleague Recruitment and Retention Committee (CRRC) within the Pfizer African American Leadership Network (PAALN).
